My Little

So today all the high schoolers who are involved in Big Brothers Big Sisters are going to run a mile with our little.

This will be entertaining.

My little's name is Leslie.

She is super cute.

She is real short which makes us a good match :)

She isn't really into sports... so usually we just play board games when I go visit her.

Today, she will NOT want to go run this mile. Neither will I. Which also makes us a good match.

Well that's my little.

two days in a row.

So I will now write a pointless blog since I blogged yesterday.

I went on a walk yesterday.
Gettin in to shape yo.

It rained yesterday.
Then I drove through some big puddles.

I came to school today.
It has been the most boring day ever.

I just remembered I have exciting weekend plans.
The Memphis girls are coming to stay the weekend with us(Maggie, Halli, and I).
We will be going to Canadian to the Canadian River Music Festival to see Pat Green.

Gonna be a good time.

May 31st could not get here fast enough.

Only 22 more days.

This spring has been eventful.

UIL was a fail.

I choked at regionals.

It was awesome.... ly horrible. 

State golf we got 4th after being in 2nd at the end of the first day.

So I guess you could say that was somewhat of a fail.... 4th is still okay though. 

The rest of high school is going to be so boring.

I am thinking about bringing my own pillow next week because I won't have any work and I could just sleep.

Spring Fever!

Yay for spring.
When I think of spring... I personally think that it is about to get really warm and pretty and I will get to start wearing shorts!!
But no...
The first day of spring it decided to snow.
How glorious is that?!

So spring is like the busiest time of the year for me.
I have golf which is extremely time consuming.
I also have UIL which is not as time consuming, but I get out of school for long periods of time.

Golf this year has been going very well for me.
Our team has gotten 1st at every tournament so far.
I, personally, have medaled every time.
I got 1st at our first tournament and 2nd at the other two.
We are going to go to state.
It's pretty much a guaranteed fact.

UIL has also been pretty sweet.
I am in accounting and computer apps.
District was last Friday and I won computer apps.
I got 5th in accounting, but our team is going on!!

Looking at my calendar between now and when I will graduate... I am extremely busy.
But on the bright side... I only have to wake up for high school a maximum of 34 more days!!

I have pretty much run out of things to say... so I'm out.

Well, well, well...

WOW! Long time no blog!

It has been 3 weeks since I have gotten to tell everyone about my extremely fun life!

Like literally, lots of things have happened.

Prom
Heart attack
Blizzard
The list goes on really, but I won't bore you with the simple stuff and just hit the big points.

I'm telling you.. when I couldn't blog... my life FINALLY got interesting.

Prom was exciting. Good food.. good dancing.. everyone looked so good. I'd say it was a good night.
Good is a weird word now that I look at it that much...
That is beside the point.
Prom was two weekends ago....
And then the snow came.

Last Thursday, we got quite a bit of snow.
It was calm and gave us a lot of moisture.
Well, my grandpa was scooping his sidewalk and had a heart attack.
He is okay though... no need to fret.

While he was in the hospital a huge blizzard came.
We have piles of snow in front of our house that are about 8 feet tall.
Yeah, that will not be melting anytime soon.
Not even exaggerating.
School was cancelled for two days.
Let me tell you. As much fun as it sounds... it is NOT fun!!
Being trapped in the house is terrible.
There is nothing to do.
Nobody to hang out with besides my family.
And during the day... TV shows are awful.

On the second day of being out of school, I got together with some of my friends and made a Harlem Shake video.
We made one in the snow.
Then we went to Allsups and made another one.
They were pretty fun.
We then went to my house and made cookies (fail) and watched Burlesque.
I love that movie.
I really do.
Maybe even more than Pitch Perfect.... (shocker I know)

Golf is about to start... and this snow does NOT help.
We were supposed to go to the Amarillo Relays... but no. It got cancelled because there is so much snow on the ground.
I hate this weather.
We can't even really practice that much.
We have a little set-up in the top of the field house.
One person can hit into a net while a couple can chip onto this mat and some can putt into a cup.
It's not the best ever... but it is better than not being able to practice at all!
Coach Mo got these things called Birdie Balls.. yeah you will just have to go look them up.
They are the best things EVER!
Especially when there is nowhere to hit (thank you baseball team)

Anyways.. this one is way longer than most of my other blogs and I don't want to make anyone bored of reading... so... over and out.

F to the R to the I-D-A-Y!!

I just loooove Friday!
Because it means that we don't have school for a whole 48 hours!!

Yeah so I have this friend.
Her name is Hannah.
We have the same jeans.
AND it just so happens that EVERY TIME we wear them.... it is always on the same day (today).
Craziness... I know.


So now we will go through my week because, as you can tell from all of my other blogs, that is just what I do.

MONDAY!
I was sick.
Like not just kind of sick.
I was sick with the terrible, awful, no good, FLU!
So that was no fun.
But the Bachelor came on that night so it made me feel a little better.

TUESDAY!
Tuesday was one of my normal do nothing days!
I actually went to school though which was ridiculous.
Then we went to the game in Stratford.
Let me tell you... the boys game was cray!
They lost in OT which was heartbreaking..
But our night got better when a Stratford lady told us we were the best cheer squad she had ever seen!
How sweet! :)

WEDNESDAY!
Wednesday was so lame.
I had to dress up for school...
That is a big deal for me because I always wear jeans and a t-shirt.
I only dressed up because I had to go to Lion's club and tell all these men about myself.
Yeah and I hit golf balls... that was it.

THURSDAY! (yesterday)
We only had half a day!
I didn't really do anything though.
I just wrote a paper.. and hit some golf balls... and that is about it.

FRIDAY! (Today)
Yeah so tonight we are going to Booker to cheer on the boys in their last district game against the Kiowas.
This is also my last district game to cheer at ever... sad I know..

Anyways I'm leaving this thing..

I am so tired.

It has been two weeks since I have last posted and nothing has happened.... as usual.

Last week we only had a four day week.
Let's just say I really liked that... like a whole whole lot.

This week we weren't so lucky.
We had to come to school all five days... Shoot me.

Last week the main thing that went on was the county stock show.
I personally hate it because it smells absolutely horrible.
I went anyways to give some moral support.

This week hasn't really been that exciting.
We don't have a basketball game tonight, so some of my friends and I are going to spend the weekend in Amarillo to take care of some last minute prom details.

Speaking of prom, it is coming up in 2 weeks!
I have a feeling it will be quite chilly... but still fun (;

This week we have been making some videos over why our school is exceptional.
We made one for each campus.
They were pretty awesome if I do say so myself.

I have been practicing a lot on golf lately.
It's going to be a good year.
I can feel it!
Our first tournament is coming up on the 28th.
We got invited to the Amarillo relays (which is kind of a big deal).
